　　外籍华人没有注销国内户口会导致申请中国绿卡失败。那么应该怎样注销国内户口？注销户口会带来哪些影响？

　　哪些人满足注销户口条件？

　　1.Chinesewhohavejoinedforeignnationality.Accordingtothe"RegulationsontheAdministrationofPermanentResidentsofShanghai","Forthosewhogoabroadtosettledownorbecomeforeignnationals,theyshouldapplyforcancellationoftheirhouseholdregistrationatthepolicestationwheretheirhouseholdregistrationislocated."Youneedtocancelyouraccount,otherwiseyouwillnotbeabletoapply.

　　1.已加入外国国籍的华人。依据《上海市常住户口管理规定》，“出国定居者或加入外国国籍的，本人应当向户口所在地公安派出所办理注销户口登记。”加入外国国籍后，回到中国申请各类签证、居留许可等都需要注销户口，否则将无法申请。

　　2.OverseasChinesewhohavesettledabroad.Theapplicanthastherightofpermanentresidenceabroad,andhaslivedinthecountryfortwoconsecutiveyears,withatotalofnotlessthan18monthsinthetwoyears,andcanberecognizedasaresidentabroad,andthehouseholdregistrationmustbecancelled;theapplicanthasnotobtainedtherightofpermanentresidenceabroad,buthasobtainedlegalresidencestatusformorethan5consecutiveyears,andhaslivedinthecountryfornotlessthan30monthsintotalwithin5years,isregardedasanoverseasChinese,andisalsorecognizedasaresidentabroad.

　　2.出国定居的华侨。申请人具有国外的永久居留权，且在该国连续居住两年，两年内合计居住不少于18个月，可被认定为出国定居者，须注销户口；申请人未获得国外的永久居留权，但已取得连续5年以上的合法居留资格，5年内在该国合计居住不少于30个月，被视为华侨，同样被认定为出国定居者。

　　CancellationofChineseHukou≠CancellationofChinesenationality.OverseasChinesecompatriotswhohavesettledabroadorholdforeigngreencardsmaybeworried.Aftertheaccountiscancelled,youarestillaChinesecitizen,stillholdingaChinesepassport,andenjoyingtheidentityrightsgrantedbythestate,butyounolongerenjoytherightsconferredbythelocationoftheaccount.Welfare.

　　注销中国户口≠注销中国国籍。在国外定居的或持有国外绿卡的华人华侨同胞可能会有所担忧，注销户口后您仍然是中国公民，仍然持有中国护照，享有国家赋予的身份权利，只是不再享有户口所在地所赋予的福利。

　　华侨如需恢复户籍的，可申请回国定居手续，进一步办理常住户口登记，申领居民身份证。

　　1.Provethatthepre-immigrationcardandthepost-immigrationpassportbelongtothesameperson.

　　2、证明加拿大新旧护照上的信息是一致的并是新旧护照是属于一个人的。

　　3、主要是用在于房子的买卖方面以及注册公司后的法人变更。
